Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Learning Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is not like learning a new technique to add to your bag of tricks.  Learning to perceive biodynamic processes fundamentally alters the practitioner’s perceptual sensitivity so that the truth of the client’s reality can reveal itself in all of its layered complexity. Learning biodynamics changes who the practitioner is able to be, into a wiser and more sensitive collaborator in the client’s self-healing process.
The type of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy that we will be learning is called Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy. This work, discovered and developed by Dr. Michael Shea, (www.michaelsheateaching.com),  incorporates the most exciting and profound breakthroughs in the study of Craniosacral Therapy since Dr Sutherland’s late in life reframing of the study of Cranial Osteopathy.  The essence of this development is that we learn to work with  and through the cardiovascular system rather than working primarily through the nervous system.  Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy works more slowly, more deeply and more safely within the client’s system.

TRAINING LOGISTICS
Beginning September 27, 2019 –  This Training will be comprised of 300 hours with 250 hours in class and 50 hours of homework spread over two years.  The first class will be a full weekend (20 hours – Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The following weekend classes will be held for one weekend every month for 15 hours (Saturday and Sunday).
Saturday, 9:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 2:30pm.

DATES:  TBA

COST:  The first lass will cost $375.  Thereafter the cost will be $250.00 per weekend, payable before the start of each weekend.  The total cost is $5,875.  A 10% discount ($587.00) will be available if a student chooses to pay all at once.

ELIGIBILITY: We welcome all those currently working as manual therapists, massage therapists, nurses, craniosacral therapists and those with experience in the healing arts.

Upon completion the student will be certified by the International School for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

CLASSES

Specialized classes are offered throughout the year. These classes include Breathing skills offered to the public. Our special one day trainings in both Structural Integration and Craniocardial techniques are offered to manual therapy practitioners looking to upgrade their skills.
